Founder Gives his Whole company to charity
Yvon Chouinard, the founder of the clothing company Patagonia has donated the entire company to charity to find climate change. Giving an entire company is crazy and its an extraordinary motive.
We have seen founders giving to charity but this is another level. And let me here you an anathor story.
Mr. Ratan Tata. the former chairman of Tata group—Indian Congmolarate, one of the richest men on earth but you won’t see him or heard a story about him or seen on any “richest” list because most of the wealth comes, goes to Tata trust—an organization by Tatas for charity. I have another level of respect for him and Yvon is on the list.
Here is the open letter of Yvon Chouinard —(Earth is now our only shareholder.)
