🤔Are you masturbating?
Masturbation is the self-stimulation of the genitals to achieve sexual arousal and pleasure, usually to the point of orgasm (sexual climax). —Webmd
It's a truth about human nature and we have to accept that the world is created within it. Masturbation is a part of the process when we hit puberty and become mature.
95% of males and 89% of females reported that they have masturbated. Nearly everyone masturbates. If you regularly masturbate then it becomes a problem or addiction.
And the addiction must be removed unless it down you morally and you become a slave of it.
It's not easy to break the addiction or this habit but you have to be conscious about it and try to avoid masturbating and become healthy.
It's a very controversial statement and many may be opposed but I hope you will understand about it.
